17. Why should I buy from you and not someone else?

A. Bejnar's is responsible for taking care of you before and after the sale. Factories always have their local dealer take care of any problems with their products. You want Bejnar's to be that dealer. We fix any problems before you ever see your furniture, so you never even know there was something not quite right from the factory, or that something happened during shipping.

17. Why don't you give prices over the internet or phone?

A. Most manufacturers will not allow us to quote prices over the internet as part of our marketing agreements with them. We will give you an approximate price range on many items, but there are so many variables such as grades of fabric, special finishes, different sizes, etc. that often times you might not be comparing "apples with apples". You can be assured that our Special Pricing is competitive with the local market, and we will be here to serve you before and after we sell it.

17. I notice you never mention discounts in your ads, why?

A. 50% off what? Unless a store has priced their goods much higher than they should be, no legitimate retailer can give that much off. Most people realize this, so we don't try to kid anyone by using this old sales gimmick. We state OUR "Special Prices" on our sales tags, and if there are any additional markdowns, a second SALE tag.

Q. Many stores have salespeople follow us around and constantly "bug" us. How do you treat your customers?

A. With the same courtesy one would give to a guest at their home. Bejnar's staff knows their products very well. but we respect your wanting to "just look around" until you find something interesting. We will always be close by, but not intrusive, so you can ask those questions. When you do ask, we can usually suggest additional items for you to consider as well. We will give you as much or as little assistance as YOU want us to.
